HOW TO ENROLL
WHO: Any adult 18 years of age or older not attending day school or a high school
graduate of any age.    \'/,±'-
APPLICATION TO ATTEND: Any eligible person may mase application to attend
a" class of his choice either by mail or in person, Address your request for applications to the Director of Evening Programs, P. O. Box 96, St. Pauls, North Carolina.
CLASSES BEGIN: Monday night, January 3, at 7 p.m. Registration for classes will
be held at the school any time between the hours of 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Monday
thru Thursday beginning December 1, and lasting until December 24.
COST:-A registration fee of $2 entitles a student to enroll in as many classes a*
he wishes. A tuition fee of $1 is charged for each 10 hours of classroom or laboratory time. Books and instructional supplies may be purchased through the Institute's Book Store. (Example; A 60-hour course would cost $& plus the .cost of the
textbook.)
CLASS SIZE: The size of each class Is determined by the subject being taught.
Any class which has an attendance of fewer than six persons for three successive
meetings shall be - discontinued. . The Institute reserves the right to cancel any
class prior to starting date if enrollment is not large enough to warrant starting.
SCHOOL HOURS: Class hours will be from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday
Classes will be from 2 to 3 hour3 two nights a week, depending on the subject'
materialfand .type of class. Most classes are held two nights a week, eitheiftMonday
and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. ■'¥]'
